A  STOCKHOLDER MEETING 
 WILL BE February 9, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the panguitch city office. The company invites the StOCKholders to discuss company policy and leadership. Two positions are up for nomination to serve 3 year terms.

dAM rEBUILD INFORMATION
the  board have chosen perco rock out of cedar city as the contractor. there will be more information as we receive it. the project has a start date of October 1, 2025.
perco rock will be mobilizing equipment to the gravel pit at the lake and to the dam site in the end of spetember, 2025. please be cautious of construction equipment.

 

Work on the Dam is progressing. Contractor is starting to pour concrete this week if everything goes as planned. 10/15/2025
